天津中贸国际旅行社有限责任公司是一九九二年经国家旅游局批准，天津市工商局注册成立的具有独立法人资格的国际类旅行社，是天津市九家国家特许经营出境游的组团社之一。按照国家有关规定，公司主营国际、国内旅游业务、承办大型会议、参观考察、咨询服务等业务。
